In West Brickell, Le Parc at Brickell & Atton Hotel have been rising pretty quickly as of late and both projects have topped out. 

Almost a year ago, the two lots were empty and construction was getting ready to get started. 

The windows are being added to both the buildings, which are located in West Brickell.
