Jade Signature Reaches 43rd Floor Of Construction
Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach
Jade Signature has reached the 43rd floor of construction of the 57 story luxury condominium in Sunny Isles Beach.
Almost a year ago, Jade Signature was starting to go vertical and was on the 3rd floor.
The windows and glass balconies are being installed on the lower floors while the tower continues to rise. Painting of the exterior is also being done to the exterior units.
Jade Signature is being developed by Fortune International Group and was designed by Herzog & de Meuron - who also designed 1111 Lincoln Road and the Pérez Art Museum of Miami (PAMM).
