Located at 18501 Collins Avenue, the Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is starting to go vertical in Sunny Isles Beach.

The 650 foot, 54 story tower will have 154 residential units.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is being developed by Turnberry Associates, which received a $259 million construction loan in June 2017. Carlos Zapata is the architect. 

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
