Scotty's Landing Closed And Soon To Be Demolished As Construction Begins On Regatta Harbour
Scotty's Landing (Grove Bay Grill) has officially closed and will soon be demolished as construction has started on Regatta Harbour.
The restaurant was rumored be closing back in August 2015, but remained opened after the name change to Grove Bay Grill and under the new ownership of Grove Bay Hospitality Group.
The Chart House Restaurant next door was demolished in October 2017 after being abandoned for months.
Taking the place of Scotty’s Landing and The Chart House will be the 7 acre Regatta Harbour. Regatta Harbour will have two upscale restaurants, one casual restaurant, event space, marina with 400 boat slips, public baywalk and two Pan-Am Hangars that will be converted into retail.
Construction has already started on the Grove Bay Parking Garage and is almost completed.
