The Estates at Acqualina Construction
The North Tower at The Estates at Acqualina is rising quickly and should be topped off before the end of the year as construction reaches the 33rd floor. A year ago, the foundation pour was about to start on the tower.
The South Tower topped off last month at 50 stories and 646 feet. The North Tower will be slightly taller at 667 feet.

Aston Martin Residences Construction
After reaches the 15th floor two months ago, the 66 story Aston Martin Residences has now reached the 20th floor as the tower portion of the building is rising.
The building started going vertical October 2019 and will have 391 residential units with prices starting at $750,000.

Grand Station Topped Off
The 30 story Grand Station has topped off in Downtown Miami.
Foundation began October 2019 and is expected to be competed before the end of the year.

The Estates at Acqualina Topped Off
The Estates at Acqualina South Tower had its official topping off on Friday, July 3rd as the building reached 50 stories and 646 feet.
The North Tower has reached the 29th floor and will also top off at 50 stories, but will be slightly taller at 667 feet.

Luma Miami Worldcenter Construction
The 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter is getting closer to top off as it reaches the 29th floor of construction.
Two months ago, construction was reached the 22nd floor.
Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 rental units and is located next to the under construction CitizenM Miami Worldcenter and in front of Caoba Miami Worldcenter.

The Estates at Acqualina South Tower Topped Off
The Estates at Acqualina South Tower has topped off at 50 stories and 646 feet while the North Boutique tower has reached the 23rd floor.
A year ago, the South Tower was on the 14th floor and the North Tower was getting ready for the foundation pour.

Miami Plaza
The 35 story Miami Plaza is nearly completed and almost ready to open after topping off at the beginning of the year.
Rising 370 feet with 425 rental units, construction started going vertical on the tower only a year ago.
The Melo Group Miami Plaza is located next to the completed Square Station and Art Plaza, also developed by Melo Group.
Melo Group also has the under construction Downtown 5th, which will be two towers both at 53 stories.
