Miami-Dade Children's Courthouse Completed
The 14 story Miami-Dade Children's Courthouse located at 155 NW 3rd St. has been recently completed, the Miami Herald reports.
The courthouse cost $110 million to build and has 18 courtrooms inside featuring 375,000 square feet of space.

The colors and lights of Brickell and Brickell Key are spectacular from an aerial view. From these angles, the growth of Miami in the last 10 years are very apparent.
Monarc At Met 3 Tops Off
After opening the Whole Foods on the ground level earlier this year, construction still continued above as the Monarc at Met 3 just topped off, according to Curbed Miami.
The building has reached 32 stories with an 11 story parking garage underneath.

2.5 Acre Site For Sale In Downtown Miami
Property on Flagler Street in Downtown Miami is up for sale, according to The Next Miami. The 2.5 acre site has conceptual plans called "Sky Plaza" that could be a 2.4 million square foot project.
Bids are due April 22 for the site.
Monarc at Met 3 Still Under Construction Despite Whole Foods Opening Below
Whole Foods has opened on the ground level of Monarc at Met 3 in mid-January despite construction continuing above on the building.
The 32 story building is currently on the 30th floor and close to topping out.Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Kar Properties Propose Two 60 Story Towers On Miami River
Two 60 story towers from Kar Properties have been proposed next to the Miami Avenue bridge, according to Miami Today.
The two towers would have a waterfall and rise directly in front of The Ivy, Mint and Wind condos. The plan is to have 406 residential units 30,000 square feet of commercial space.
Last year, Kar Properties spent $27.5 million on the land and $33 million on the land behind the three current condos. In December 2014, a submission was made to the FAA for a 928 foot tower on the site, but no word on how tall the two proposed towers will rise.
