Paramount Miami Worldcenter has reached the 45th floor of construction after previously reaching the 36th floor in early January.

The tower will top off at 60 stories and have 513 residential units.

Construction Begins At One River Point

One River Point Site

Construction has started at One River Point along the Miami River. 

One River Point will be two 60 story towers with a floating glass skybridge and an 85 foot waterfall that was designed by Rafael Viñoly.

Kar Properties purchased the 1.8 acre site for 27.5 million in 2013 and also the two empty lots behind The Wind and Ivy Condos for 33.1 million in 2014.

One Thousand Museum at The Top

One Thousand Museum has topped off at a height of 709 feet in Miami and is taller than its neighboring buildings.

The Zaha Hadid designed building with exoskeleton is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

Previously called Vice, the 31 story X Miami has made much progress since we last looked at the project in October 2016.

Much of the exterior of the building has been painted with painting starting on the South side of the parking garage. The landscaping has been added to the amenities deck over the parking garage.

On the East side of the site, construction is almost completed on the outer shell of the sales center for 300 Biscayne. 300 Biscayne will be an 88 story condo rising 1,041 feet.

X Miami is expected to be completed in the Fall 2018.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter

Paramount Miami Worldcenter has reached the 36th floor of construction of the 60 story building after previously being on the 27th floor in November 2017.

Miami Worldcenter Associates filed plans that will go under review with Miami's Urban Development Review board on January 17th that will include new exterior changes.

Park Lines Residences

Since going vertical in November 2017, the North tower at Park Lines Residences continues to rise at MiamiCentral. The North tower will rise 30 stories while the South Tower will be slightly higher at 33 stories. 

Park Lines lobby, residential units and amenities will be designed by Stantec.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2019.

7th Street Apartments has reached the 42nd floor and is only 1 floor away from top off.

When we last looked in November 2017, the rental tower was on the 34th floor.

With 450 rental units, the tower is expected to be completed by Fall 2018.
