Paramount Miami Worldcenter Receives TCO - Now Completed

The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami has received its temporary certificate of occupancy and is now completed, according to The Real Deal.

Construction on Paramount Miami Worldcenter started to go vertical November 2016 before topping off in August 2018.

With 569 residential units, Paramount Miami Worldcenter is 90% sold.

The rental tower Caoba Miami Worldcenter was the building to be completed, in January of this year, as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter complex.

TBT - Park Grove Coming To Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove Bank Will Be Demolished For Park Grove

TBT (July 29, 2014) - Park Grove was announced as coming to Coconut Grove. The first two towers, The Club Residences and Two Park Grove were completed in October 2018 and the last tower, One Park Grove, recently topped off and is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

Slow to the residential boom of Miami is Coconut Grove, but that is all changing with the addition of Park Grove.

Developers Terra Group and Related Group are joining together to create three towers that will consist of 300 units. The towers were designed by architect Rem Koolhaas.

Currently in it's place is the Coconut Grove Bank, which has been there for many years. The bank will have a smaller space in one of the towers, but will stay in where it is until the first phase of the project is completed.

The site is located near Grove at Grand Bay, which was once the site of the iconic Grand Bay Hotel. Across from Park Grove will be the new Regatta Park, which will give residents views of Biscayne Bay.

Groundbreaking is expected early 2015.

Maizon at Brickell Soon To Open

The 24 story apartment Maizon at Brickell in West Brickell is almost completed and soon to open.

The buildings on the site previously were demolished in June 2017 and construction started to go vertical in January 2018 before topping off in November 2018.

The ZOM Living developed building will have 262 rental units.

First Glass Installed At The Estates at Acqualina

The first glass has been installed on the South Tower at 50 story Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach.

After beginning construction a year ago, construction has now reached the 23rd floor. The North Tower is expected to go vertical soon.

Miami Herald Building Off Of Biscayne Bay

TBT (July 22, 2014) - 5 years ago demolition began on the old Miami Herald building next to Biscayne Bay.

Built in 1963, the building was finally demolished in March 2015.

After starting demolition on the Miami Herald building in late April 2014, Genting has been slow to demolish the building.

Genting had plans to build a mega resort on the site, with casinos, hotels, condo and retail, but have not been able to get state approval for a casino.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences Reaches 47th Floor - Close To Top Off

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is close to top off as it reaches the 47th floor of construction. The building will top off at 54 floors.

Almost a year ago, construction was on the 19th floor.
