After breaking ground in July 2015, Eve at the District is almost completed and has begun leasing units.

Located in Midtown Miami, Eve at the District will have 195 luxury rental units, plus 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

Midtown 5 Residents To Move In This Month

The 400 unit rental apartment Midtown 5 is just about completed and residents are expected to move in at the beginning of the month. 

The 24 story building, developed by Magellan Development Group topped out in March 2016 and was designed by Loewenberg Architects. A ground floor restaurant is slated to open later this year.

After starting to go vertical at the beginning of August, Midtown 29 is currently on the 7th floor of construction. 

The apartment in Midtown Miami will have 309 units and will be rise 20 stories. 

Across the street Midtown 6 and Midtown 7 were recently proposed.

A rendering of Midtown 6 and Midtown 7 have been revealed by The Next Miami

The proposed apartment buildings called Midtown 6 and Midtown 7. Midtown 6 will have 447 units, 39,718 square feet of retail and 601 parking spaces while Midtown 7 will have 391 units, 30,709 square feet of retail and 505 parking spaces. 

Both buildings will be located to the South of the under construction Midtown 5, which will be completed before the end of the year. 

Midtown 5, Midtown 6 and Midtown 7 are being developed by Magellan Development Group based in Chicago. BKL Architecture is the designing Midtown 6 and 7.

District 36 (Eve at the District) In Midtown Miami Getting Closer To Completion

A year ago, District 36 (now known as Eve at the District) was just starting to go vertical on the 19 story mixed used building in Midtown Miami. District 36 will have 195 luxury rental units, plus 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

The exterior of the building has been painted and landscape work is being done on the amenities deck. Completion is expected by October of this year.

Midtown 29 Going Vertical

Midtown 29 is starting to go vertical in Midtown Miami. Midtown 29 is a luxury apartment building located at 180 NE 29th St that will have 309 units and rise 20 stories. The building will also have 12,000 square feet of retail and a six level parking garage. Units will range from studios to three bedroom apartments.

Midtown 29 is being developed by Morgan Group and was designed by Stantec.

Construction is expected to be completed by early 2018.

When we last looked at Midtown 5 in March, the 24 story building in Midtown Miami had just topped out. 

Most of the windows and glass balconies have been installed and painting is being done on the exterior. 

With 400 rental units, Midtown 5 should be completed before the end of the year.
