Construction on Muse Residences

Muse Residences, located at 17141 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach is under construction and has reached the 18th floor.

The project broke ground in September 2015 and is expected to be completed in 2018.

Muse Residences will rise 47 stories and have 68 residential units. The project will have bedrooms ranging from 2 - 5, starting at 2,360 square feet all the way to to 5,800 square feet for the two floor penthouse unit.

Property Markets Group along with S2 Development is developing Muse Residences and was designed by Carlos Ott along with Sieger Suarez.

PMG is also currently building Echo Brickell.

The luxury condominium Echo Brickell, located at 1451 Brickell Avenue continues to grow taller and taller. The 57 story tower has now reached the 32nd floor of construction. 

The windows and balconies are being installed quickly as each floor rises higher. 

A year ago, the crane was being installed on the site and was preparing to go vertical. 

Groundbreaking on Echo Brickell began in October 2014.

Echo Brickell is growing taller since we last looked in November 2015. The bottom portion of the building is enclosed in glass and construction is going vertical on the residential portion.

 The 57 story condo is being developed by Property Markets Group and JDS Development Group.

Echo Brickell has reached the 10th floor of construction on the 57 story luxury condominium. Windows have also been installed on two of the lower floors.

Building Demolished At Empire World Towers Site

A building at 330 Biscayne Boulevard is in the process of being demolished, which The Next Miami was able to get photos of. 

The site was purchased by PMG for $80 million and they have plans to announced plans for a condo in early 2016. 

Next to the building is a Holiday Inn, which the World Trade Center for Americas was proposed.

Since installing a crane at the site at the end of April, Echo Brickell is starting to go vertical on the 57 story building.

A shark tank that was supposed to be located  in the lobby will now be replaced with fish, according to Curbed Miami.

Since beginning construction in October 2014, workers have been preparing the site to get ready for the foundation pour. 

A crane has been installed at the 1451 Brickell Ave. address meaning that the building will start to go vertical soon. 

The Carlos Ott designed building will rise 57 stories and have 180 residential units that will overlook Brickell and Biscayne Bay. 

Units in the building will have 10-14 foot ceilings with 6-8 foot terraces.

Moriarty Construction is the contractor for Echo Brickell.
