AMLI Residential Midtown Miami
Construction is progressing at the 6.6 acre AMLI Residential Midtown Miami project with over 700 apartment units.
A year ago, construction was starting to go vertical on the site.

The 32 story Midtown 6 is getting closer to completion since topping off at the beginning of the year.
Construction began on Midtown 6 with 447 rental units in February 2018.

Luma Miami Worldcenter
At the end of last month, the 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter had its foundation pour and is in the process of going vertical. Last month two cranes were installed on the site.
Luma Miami Worldcenter is the third tower in 27 acre Miami Worldcenter site to go vertical. Caoba Miami Worldcenter was completed early this year and Paramount Miami Worldcenter was recently completed.
With 434 apartment units, Luma Miami Worldcenter is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group and designed by Stantec.
Luma Miami Worldcenter
After starting construction in May, a crane has been installed at the 43 story tower site Luma Miami Worldcenter.

The rental building will have 434 units.
Luma is located next to Caoba, which was completed in January and across from the recently completed Paramount Miami Worldcenter.
Maizon at Brickell
The 24 story apartment Maizon at Brickell in West Brickell is almost completed and soon to open.
The buildings on the site previously were demolished in June 2017 and construction started to go vertical in January 2018 before topping off in November 2018.
The ZOM Living developed building will have 262 rental units.

AMLI Residential Midtown Miami
The 6.6 acre AMLI Residential Midtown Miami site is taking shape since going vertical October 2018.
The 8 story South Tower has topped off with 208 units as well as the 14 story North Tower with 511 units.

Midtown 6 Construction
Midtown 6 should be completed before the end of the year as construction continues on the 32 story building in Midtown Miami.
A year ago, construction was on the 16th floor of the rental building designed by bKL Architecture and developed by Magellan Development Group and Midtown Development.
Construction began February 2018.
