The Park Line Towers at MiamiCentral continue to quickly rise in Downtown Miami since we last looked at the project in March.
The 30 story North Tower is getting close to topping off while the 33 story South Tower is nearing the halfway mark. A skybridge has been added that connects the two towers together.

The 28 story Midtown 8 has topped off since we last looked in April with construction expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Midtown 8 is being developed by Wood Partners and designed by Stantec.

The 28 story Midtown 8 in Midtown Miami has topped off.
Construction started going vertical July 2018.
Midtown 8 will have 387 rental units and construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Both the North and South Towers at ParkLine Residences continue to rise over the MiamiCentral Station in Downtown Miami after starting to go vertical in November 2017.
With a total of 816 multi family rental units, the North Tower will rise 30 stories and the South Tower will reach 33 stories.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

When we last looked at Midtown 8 in October 2017, the building was at the 12th floor. Construction has now reached the 23rd floor and is only 5 floors away from topping off.
Midtown 8 will have 387 rental units and is located across the street from the completed Midtown 29 and the under construction Midtown 6.
