Melody Overlooking Downtown Miami
In the Arts and Entertainment district of Miami, Melody by Melo Group is rising very fast. When we last updated in June, the building was on the 9th floor and construction is currently starting on the 30th floor.
The building has six more floors to go before it tops out at 36 floors. The exterior is almost completely painted in white as they climb higher and most of the windows are installed on floors 27 and below. The building started going vertical in January of 2015.
