Monarc at Met 3
The 32 story rental condominium Monarc at Met 3 in Downtown Miami is now completed and accepting leases.
Construction on the building began in December 2012 after years of being an empty lot. The Whole Foods on the ground level has been open since March 2014 while construction continued on the upper levels.
Monarc at Met was developed by ZOM and designed by Nichols, Brosch, Wurst & Wolfe.
