1010 Brickell is currently on the 37th floor of the 50 story residential condo in Brickell. Construction has been moving quickly since we last looked at the project in January of this year.

1010 Brickell is rising on what used to be parking garage and is located right next to the Metromover station.

The building was designed by Sieger Suarez -who also designed the recently completed One Ocean - and is being developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International.

1010 Brickell should top out in the next three months.
