Leading the charge in the Hamptons, the developer transported guests of a Hamptons Magazine’s cover party and Dancers for Good charity event to the shores of Sunny Isles Beach via virtual reality technology of Jade Signature. Partygoers were able to experience virtual tours of the property’s $14.2 million Sky Villas, which feature floor-to-ceiling windows, unobstructed views and expansive outdoor terraces. Using the high-tech goggles, celebrities like Norma Kamali and Bebe Neuwirth were able to move through the the sprawling 6,735 square foot space and get a feel for the stunning architecture by Pritzker Prize award-winning firm Herzog & de Meuron
