Art Plaza Site
After receiving approval from Miami's Urban Development Review Board in December 2017, foundation work has begun at Art Plaza.
Art Plaza will be two towers at 34 stories, 667 rental units and 15,000 square feet of commercial space.
The project is being developed by Melo Group and they are also building Aria on the Bay, which is opening in March and the under construction Square Station across the street.
