Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort
Dezer Development has been given approval by the FAA to build a tower at a height of 743 feet, according to The Real Deal.
The property is currently the Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort located at 18401 Collins Avenue and next to the under construction Turnberry Ocean Club Residences.
The current property was built in 1955 and purchased for $6.78 million in 1996.
