Construction on 3 MiamiCentral and MiamiCentral in Downtown Miami
TBT (March 11, 2016) - 4 years ago 3 MiamiCentral was starting to go vertical. The building was completed in November 2017 and was sold for $159 million in May 2019. Construction photos of 3 MiamiCentral can be viewed here.
A crane has been installed at All Aboard Florida's 3 MiamiCentral and is in the process of going vertical.3 MiamiCentral is located at 160 NW 7th St in Overtown and will have 130,157 square feet of retail, office and commercial space and 1,114 parking spaces.
