Downtown 5th Construction
The first glass has been installed at Downtown 5th in Downtown Miami as the East Tower reaches the 25th floor and the West Tower reaches the 11th floor.
The foundation pour started on the East Tower at the beginning of February.
With two 53 story towers, Downtown 5th will reach 495 and have a total of 1,042 rental units.
