Preliminary approval has started on the former Capital at Brickell site by China City Construction, according to The Next Miami. They plan on building the tallest building in Miami, which is currently held by the Four Seasons.
China City Construction Corp. along with American Da Tang Group brought the 2.39 acre site earlier this year for 74.7 million.
The lot at 1430 S. Miami Ave has sat empty for many years in a prime location in Brickell.
