The Wynwood Garage located at 3660 NW 3rd Avenue in Wynwood is now completed since beginning construction in May 2017.

The 8 story garage was developed by Goldman Properties and designed by Faulders Studio. The garage has 428 parking spaces, with 20,500 square feet of retail and 30,000 square feet of Class A office space.

The Wynwood Garage lights up at night to feature the non repeating patterns on the façade of the building.

Wynwood Parking Garage Nearly Completed

Since we last looked at the Wynwood Parking Garage in July, the 8 story building is almost completed and ready to open.

Located at 301 NW 26th Street in Wynwood, the parking garage is being developed by the Goldman Properties. The building will have 428 parking spaces open 24 hours, 20,500 square feet of retail space and 30,000 square feet of class A office space.

Unique parking garages are becoming more common in Miami with the addition of Museum Garage (Day Photos / Night Photos) and City View Garage in the Design District and 1111 Lincoln Road on Miami Beach.

A Look At The Under Construction Wynwood Parking Garage

Slated to open Fall 2018, is the 8 story Wynwood Parking Garage with 428 spaces, 20,500 square feet of retail space and 30,000 square feet of Class A office space.

The Wynwood Parking Garage is located at 301 NW 26th St and developed by the Goldman Properties. The building was designed by Faulders Studio and the façade was designed by Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners and manufactured by Zahner.

A $22 million construction loan was secured April 2017 with groundbreaking starting May 2017.

12 Story Retail and Garage Planned For Brickell World Plaza Site

Plans have been revealed for a 12 story retail and parking garage on a surface parking lot at the Brickell World Plaza site, according to The Next Miami.

The building would have 23,168 square feet of restaurant space and 553 parking spaces. However, future plans in a second phase include a 904 foot tower with 360 hotel rooms and 134 residential units.

Terra Group Purchases Coconut Grove Parking Garage For $16M

A four story garage in Coconut Grove has been sold to Terra Group for $16 million, according to SFBJ. The garage, located at 3850 Oak Avenue, was sold by Miami Parking Authority with an agreement by Terra Group to make 50 spaces available for public transient parking.

Terra Group is building the nearby condos Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove.

Updated Photos Of Russell Galbut's South Of Fifth Residence

Located in the South of Fifth district in South Beach is developer Russell Galbut's house, which is under construction.

The building will include a robotic garage and feature a Red Ginger restaurant on the ground level. The building is starting to look more like the rendering.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Located in the heart of South of Fifth, developer Russell Galbut is building an incredible family residence.

The 17,000 square foot residence will be above Menin Hospitality's Radio Bar and Red Ginger Restaurant. It will have a rooftop terrace, infinity pool and racquetball court, but the most amazing feature will be the robotic parking garage.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
