2000 Ocean has topped off at 38 stories in Hallandale Beach as construction is moving quickly.
Developed by KAR Properties, groundbreaking started on the tower in November 2018 and is expected to be completed Spring 2021.
With only 64 residential units, prices start at $2.8 million.

2000 Ocean is rising quickly in Hallandale Beach as construction reaches the 32 floor before topping off at 38 stories.
At the beginning of the year, the first glass was being installed on the tower.
With 64 residential units, 2000 Ocean is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.

The 38 story 2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach is rising quickly as construction reaches the 20th floor.
The first glass has been installed on the lower floor of the building.
2000 Ocean is expected to be completed in next year in Spring 2021.

The 38 story 2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach is rising quickly since we last looked in September as construction was reaching the 5th floor.
Construction has now reached the 14th floor and a crane has been installed on site.
With 64 residential units, 2000 Ocean is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.

The 38 story 2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach has reached the 5th floor of construction.
Developed by KAR Properties and designed by TEN Arquitectos and Kobi Karp, each unit will be a half or full floor with private elevators and views of the ocean. The 64 residential units will have floor to ceiling windows with prices starting at $2.8 million.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
