Brickell City Centre - Day & Night Photos Part 2
In September 2014, we previewed our first set of Brickell City Centre Day & Night photos and since our last overall update in January the project can be visible for miles in all directions around the city.
All three towers have topped out and most of the windows have been installed with work being done to add the balcony enclosures.
The project is still on pace to be completed by the end of 2015.

Reach Brickell City Centre Tops Off
Following the topping off of the East Hotel and Rise Brickell City Centre, Reach Brickell City Centre becomes the last of the three towers to top off.
Reach Brickell City Centre is 43 stories, along with Rise and the East Hotel being 40 stories.
According to The Next Miami, 17% of the units in Reach have been sold thus far.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year with work then beginning on One Brickell City Centre for the second phase.

Over the course of three years, the landscape of Brickell has changed dramatically with the rise of Brickell City Centre by Swire Properties. On what was once mostly vacant land now sits three tall towers over three city blocks - with more growth on the way.

SunTrust Building In Brickell Sold For $140M
The SunTrust Building located at 777 Brickell Avenue has sold for $140 million according to The Real Deal.
The 13 story office building is attached to a 5 story parking garage located on the waterfront heading into Brickell Key. The property is in a prime location on the corner of Brickell Ave and SE 8th St.
The purchase was made by a private South American Investment Group.
Related To Pay City of Miami $15M For Extra Density
Related Group will buy over 850,000 square feet of development rights for it's One Brickell project at 444 Brickell Ave., according to The Next Miami. This means Related will have to pay $15 million to the city for the extra density.
One Brickell will still meet the 50 foot set back that will connect the riverwalk underneath the Brickell Avenue Bridge.
Construction will begin sometime in 2015.
Echo Brickell To Begin Construction This Week
Starting construction this week will be the super luxury Echo Brickell located at 1451 Brickell Avenue. Demolition began a few weeks ago on the sales center that was located on the site.
The 57 story condo will have 180 residential units and will overlook Biscayne Bay and Brickell.
The project is being developed by jointly by Property Markets Group and JDS Development Group and was designed by architect Carlos Ott. Interiors are being done by YOO Studio.
Recently the developers received a $124 million construction loan for the project.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2017.
