Construction will begin on the 7 acre The Harbour soon after the Coconut Grove Arts Festival ends on February 19th, according to Miami Today.

Development of the project, which will include two upscale restaurants, one casual restaurant, event space, marina with 400 boats slips, public baywalk and converting the hangars into retail space was delayed for years by litigation. The delay caused The Chart House restaurant to be abandoned for several years before it was finally demolished in October 2017.

Construction will also begin soon on the Grove Bay Garage which will now be two stories instead of three, but still be able to accommodate 333 parking spaces.
