3 MiamiCentral Going Vertical
A crane has been installed at All Aboard Florida's 3 MiamiCentral and is in the process of going vertical.3 MiamiCentral is located at 160 NW 7th St in Overtown and will have 130,157 square feet of retail, office and commercial space and 1,114 parking spaces.
On the East side of the Metrorail tracks construction is also happening on MiamiCentral. Recent construction photos of MiamiCentral can be viewed here.
Epic Sales Center Being Demolished
After purchasing the Epic East site in July 2014 for $125 million, demolition has begun on the former Epic Sales Center.
The 1.25 acre site was purchased by Riverwalk East Development, led by Alfredo Coto.
The Next Miami reports plans will be submitted soon for a new condo tower.
Riverside Tower Moving Ahead In Downtown Miami
In July 2015, Adler Group purchased a 1.6 acre site at 230 SW 3rd St in Downtown Miami for $14.25 million to build a rental tower called Riverside Tower.
The 34 story tower will have 463 units and is located near the Miami River. It was designed by Studio X Architects. The Riverside Tower site is located right between two lots that recently sold and is in the process of getting sold.
Adler Group just signed a utility deal for the site, according to The Next Miami.
Miami Worldcenter Construction Updates + New Renderings
At the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter site just North of Downtown Miami, site work continues with any previous buildings on the land completely demolished and removed. The project will have residential towers including Paramount, hotel, convention center and retail.
Originally, the retail portion of Miami Worldcenter was to include an enclosed 765,000 square foot mall that was to be anchored by Macy's and Bloomingdale's. The developers, Miami Worldcenter Associates, have changed plans and now will have a "high street" retail concept as an open air mall that will be more pedestrian friendly. The open air mall will run down NE 10th St to NE 7th St between NE 1st Avenue to NE 2nd Avenue.
The official groundbreaking on Paramount and retail will begin next month in March.

Centro Construction Updates
Centro Miami is getting closer to completion with the crane now removed and most of the exterior being painted. The windows are balconies are installed on the 36 story residential tower in Downtown Miami.

MiamiCentral Construction Updates
After starting site work in November 2014, construction is progressing on All Aboard Florida's MiamiCentral. The FAA recently approved One MiamiCentral, which will rise 1,000 feet above sea level that will have 250 hotel rooms, 280 residential units and over 600,000 square feet of office space.
