CitizenM Miami Worldcenter Topped Off
After going vertical in May of this year, the 12 story CitizenM Miami Worldcenter has reached the 11th floor and is one floor away from top off.
The 351 room hotel will be completed next year.

Gables Station Construction
Gables Station in Coral Gables is getting closer to completion and will be ready for a Fall 2020 opening.
Buildings 1 and 2 will have 450 units with both 19,000 and 18,000 square feet of ground level retail. Building 3 will have 66 hotel rooms with 68,000 square feet of retail.

Panorama Tower continues to rise in Brickell as it reaches the 46th floor before topping out at 83 stories.
The FAA recently approved a height increase to Panorama Tower from the initial height of 822 feet to 868 feet.
Almost a year ago, Panorama had just reached the 11th floor of the parking garage.

Construction has started to go vertical on the three tower Smart Brickell, which will have 170 residential units, 150 hotel rooms and 30,000 square feet of retail space.
The 1.23 acre site was purchased for $21.6 million in June 2017 by Habitat Development. Demolition on the site started in November 2018 with a groundbreaking in 2019.
Smart Brickell will be completed in 2021.
AC Hotel By Marriott and Element By Westin
The 24 story AC Hotel By Marriott and Element By Westin has reached the 8th floor after getting to the 4th floor in March.
The building, which will have 264 hotel rooms, was built on the site of the former El Eden Motel, which was demolished at the end of 2017.
The site is located across the street from Brickell City Centre.
The 31 story YotelPad is close to top in Downtown Miami. When we last looked in October 2019, construction was on the 3rd floor. YotelPad will have 231 residential units and 222 hotel rooms and will be completed in 2021.
CitizenM Hotel Miami Worldcenter
Since the crane was installed at the beginning of March, construction is now going vertical at the 12 story CitizenM Hotel Miami Worldcenter.
The hotel will have 351 room and will be completed next year.
CitizenM Hotels is also building a 20 story hotel in Brickell which just reached the 10th floor.
