Aston Martin Residences in Downtown Miami

Two cranes have been installed at the Aston Martin Residences site in Downtown Miami as the 66 story luxury condo is about to go vertical.

The onsite sales center was completed June 2017 and foundation work began November 2017.

With 390 residential units, the Aston Martin Residences is expected to be completed in 2021.

Construction has now started on the $800 million Miami Signature Bridge, which includes a redesign of I-395.

The Signature Bridge will have six arches with lighted LED’s designed by Archer Western and The de Moya Group that was chosen in May 2017.

Construction is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2023.

TBT (January 15, 2015) - 4 years ago the Miami Herald building was still under the process of being torn down after initially starting demolition April 2014. The building would be completed demolished in March 2015 and the site is now used to host events such as Art Basel.

After months of slowly dismantling the Miami Herald building and beginning the official demolition in April 2014, the building is almost completely torn down.

The Northern piece of the building is all that remains and should be fully down by the end of January.

So far, there are no plans for construction in the foreseeable future. Getting has been quiet on the since gambling failed to become legalized. The Miami Herald reports that Miami TomΓ‘s Regaledo has not heard from Genting in months and they have not submitted any plans.

Since buying the 14 acre site for $236 million there have been speculation that Genting plans to sell the site, especially for the demand of land on the waterfront

The Krystal Tower site in Downtown Miami located at 530 NW First Court has been sold for $8.5 million, according to The Real Deal. The seller is Rodolfo Ishak and the buyer is BH Investments

Krystal Tower was supposed to be a 35 story condo with 153 residential units when announced in September 2014. It was then changed to Miami Station Tower in July 2016, but never materialized as the building remained uncompleted.

The site in located across the street from 3 MiamiCentral and next to a lot purchased for $4.7 million September 2016 where a 150 rental building was planned.

Caoba Miami Worldcenter Nearly Completed And Set To Open Soon

As construction continues on the nearby 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Caoba Miami Worldcenter is nearly completed and is scheduled to open soon.

With 450 rental units, the 43 story tower topped off at the beginning of 2018 and started going vertical in February 2017.

Park Line Towers South Tower Reaches 31st Floor And Close To Top Off

The South Tower of the Park Line Towers at MiamiCentral has reached the 31st floor and is two floors away from topping off at 33 floors.

The North Park Line Tower topped off at 30 floors at the beginning of September after starting to go vertical a year ago in November 2017.

Both the North and South Towers will have a total of 816 rental units.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2019.
