As construction continues on the nearby 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Caoba Miami Worldcenter is nearly completed and is scheduled to open soon.

With 450 rental units, the 43 story tower topped off at the beginning of 2018 and started going vertical in February 2017.

The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami continues to take shape after topping off earlier this month. A year ago, construction was just reaching the 19th floor.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter is the second tower to top off in the 27 acre Worldcenter complex after the almost completed Caoba Miami Worldcenter Apartments across the street.

At 641 feet and 569 residential units, Paramount is expected to be completed by early 2019.

Caoba Miami Worldcenter is getting closer to completion and ready for a Fall 2018 opening after only topping off at the beginning of the year. 

When we last looked at the 43 rental tower in Downtown Miami at the end of June, all of the hoists were about to be removed. Now most of the exterior of the building has been painted with work finishing on the North side of the tower.

With 450 rental units, Caoba will be the first building completed as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter project in Downtown Miami.

12 Story CitizenM Hotel Coming To Miami Worldcenter

A 12 story CitizenM hotel will be coming to the Miami Worldcenter project located next to NE 2nd Ave between NE 7th St and NE 8th St, according to The Real Deal.

The hotel will have 128,000 square feet with a rooftop bar and pool and is located next to the under construction Caoba Apartments and the recently topped off Paramount Miami Worldcenter.

CitizenM is also developing at 20 story hotel in Brickell at the Perricone's Restaurant location.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter has topped off at 60 stories and 641 feet in Downtown Miami. 

When we previously looked at the building in at the end of June, construction was at the 54th floor. A year ago, construction was just reaching the 19th floor and the glass was being installed on the building. 

With 569 residential units, Paramount Miami Worldcenter is expected to be completed in early 2019.

The crane has been removed from the 43 story Caõba Miami Worldcenter, formally known as 7th Street Apartments.

When we last looked at the apartment tower apart of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami, the building was about to top off.

With 450 rental units, Caõba Miami Worldcenter is being developed by CIM Group and Falcone Group and is expected to be completed by Fall 2018.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter Reaches 54th Floor - Close To Top Off (Photos & Video)

After reaching the 45th floor in March, Paramount Miami Worldcenter has now reached the 54th floor of the 60 story luxury condominium in Downtown MiamI. A year ago, construction reached the 9th floor.

Developed by MDM Group as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami, Paramount Miami Worldcenter will have 569 residential units, with completion scheduled for first quarter 2019.

Construction is progressing on the Upper Deck, which will feature resort style pools, poolside cabanas and chairs, a soccer field and tennis courts.
