The 43 story building is starting to take shape after starting to go vertical in September 2019.
Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 apartments and is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group. The tower was designed by Stantec.

Construction has started on a 12 story CitizenM Hotel as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter after being announced in August 2018.
The hotel will have 351 rooms and a 10th floor sundeck, cloudM rooftop bar, 1,850 square feet of creative space and meeting rooms branded as societyM.
The under construction CitizenM Hotel Brickell has reached the 4th.
Construction is expected to be completed at the end of 2021.
The 43 Story Luma Miami Worldcenter has reached the 12th floor of construction after starting to go vertical in September 2019.
Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 apartment units and rise 493 feet.
The parking garage on the West side of the building is also currently going vertical.

A Legacy Hotel & Residences has been proposed for Miami Worldcenter at 942 NE 1st Ave that will have 278 residential units and 255 hotel rooms, according to The Real Deal.
The developer is Royal Palm Companies, which also built the recently completed Paramount Miami Worldcenter and the architect is Kobi Karp.
The project is expected to break ground in June 2020 and will be priced between $300,000 and $500,000.

The site located along Northeast First Avenue between 10th and 11th Streets is in the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter complex where the rental tower Caoba was completed at the beginning of the year and Paramount Miami Worldcenter was completed this Summer. The 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter is now under construction.
Block A has the potential for 1,700,000 square feet of development and up to 1,092 residential units.
