Muse Residences Topped Off

Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has topped out on Friday, January 20th at 51 stories and 659 feet after breaking ground in September 2015. 

The Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects designed building has its full twist at the top portion of the tower that faces South, while the lower portion twists to the North.

With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences features a robotic parking garage.

Construction is expected to be completed by October/November of this year.

Construction Begins At Arte By Antonio Citterio Site

The 12 story Arte by Antonio Citterio has begun construction in Surfside. 

Located at 8955 Collins Avenue next to the under construction Surf Club Four Seasons, Arte by Antonio Citterio will have 16 ultra luxury units starting at 5,500 square feet. Across the street, an amenities building will be built that will have a club room, cigar room, golf simulator and rooftop tennis courts.

The building is designed by Antonio Citterio with Kobi Karp as the architect on record. Moriarty is the general contractor. 

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

Park Grove in Coconut Grove

Construction is going quickly at Park Grove as The Club Residences and Two Park Grove continue to rise. Both towers are at the 12th floor and will top out at 20 stories. Previously, when we last looked in October 2015, both towers were at the 5th floor.

Park Grove, designed by Rem Koolhaas of OMA, are starting to have the windows installed on the lower portion of the towers. The amenities deck atop of the new Coconut Grove Bank is taking shape and will feature 4 pools.

Echo Brickell

Echo Brickell is rising taller on Brickell Avenue and is currently on the 48th floor. The luxury condominium will top out at 57 stories. 

A year ago, construction just reached the 10th floor. The building is starting to curve in at the top and is making an immediate presence on the Brickell skyline.

Echo Brickell should top out by early next year.

Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach

Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has reached the 41st floor and is only six floors away from topping out at 47 stories.

The twist at the upper portion of the Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez designed building is more apparent in the latest photos. 

With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences is should top out before the end of the year and be completed by the end of 2017.

When we last looked at Park Grove in July, construction was just starting to go vertical on the project located in Coconut Grove. 

The Club Residences, located on the North end of the property has reached the 6th floor. Two Park Grove, the middle tower has also reached the 6th floor which will top out at 20 stories. 

Construction is also progressing on the new Coconut Grove Bank and is scheduled to open first quarter 2017. As soon as the new Coconut Grove Bank is completed, the current Coconut Grove Bank on the property will be demolished and construction will begin on One Park Grove. On top of the new Coconut Grove Bank, construction has already started on the amenities deck of Park Grove which will feature 4 pools, private cabanas and a signature restaurant by Michael Schwartz.

After breaking ground and starting construction earlier this Summer, 300 Biscayne Rentals is starting to go vertical in Downtown Miami. 

The 31 story building is currently on the second floor of construction.
