MiamiCentral Station is getting closer to completion since we last looked at the project at the beginning of December 2017.

NW 6th Street is now open for traffic after being shut down for construction. The floor to ceiling glass encompasses all of the ground level as open air skylights are visible as you look up. 

2 MiamiCentral, with 10 levels of office space at 190,000 square feet is also getting closet to completion over the North portion of MiamiCentral Station. 

A year ago MiamiCentral looked like this. 

Construction on MiamiCentral is expected to be completed by the end of April with Brightline service to Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach starting soon after.

The 57 story Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach is now officially completed and residents are now starting to move into the luxury condominium.

Construction began in December 2014 and started going vertical in Spring 2015. The tower topped off in October 2016.

Jade Signature was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and built with a slight angle to the North to maximize the amount of sunlight in the afternoon.

Jade Signature, the 57 story tower located in Sunny Isles Beach is getting closer to completion.

Construction began in late 2014 and topped off in October 2016.

Jade Signature is being developed by Fortune  International Group and designed by Herzog & de Meuron with landscaping by Raymond Jungles.

Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach

Located 15701 Collins Ave, the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach is starting to take shape and has reached the 24th floor of construction.

Groundbreaking began on the the 52 story Ritz-Carlton Residences with 212 residential units in June 2016. 

The tower is being developed by Fortune International Group and Château Group. Arquitectonica is the architect on the project. 

Construction is expected to be completed early 2019.

Since going vertical in November 2017, the North tower at Park Lines Residences continues to rise at MiamiCentral. The North tower will rise 30 stories while the South Tower will be slightly higher at 33 stories. 

Park Lines lobby, residential units and amenities will be designed by Stantec.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2019.

MiamiCentral is starting to take shape in Downtown Miami, especially compared to how it looked a year ago in November 2016.  

2 MiamiCentral is nearly completed and 3 MiamiCentral should be ready to open soon.

Brightline service is expected to begin first quarter 2018.

Construction has started going vertical on the Park Line Residences at MiamiCentral since we last looked the project in July.

Park Line Residences consists of a North and South tower with a total of 816 multi family rental units. The North Tower will rise 30 stories and the South Tower will rise 33 stories. Park Line Residences is expected to be completed in 2019. 

Meanwhile the 10 floor office tower 2 MiamiCentral is now completely enclosed and the crane removed from the building since September. 2 MiamiCentral will feature 190,000 square feet of office space.

3 MiamiCentral, with its newly added murals is almost completed and will be opening soon.

Construction is still going on the MiamiCentral station which will connect Downtown Miami with stops in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and eventually Orlando. The MiamiCentral station will connect Miami through the Metrorail, Metromover and Tri-Rail. This is what MiamiCentral looked like a year ago in November 2016.
