The Estates at Acqualina Construction

Construction is underway at The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach as the first tower is starting to go vertical.

On December 14, 2018, a 17 hour foundation pour occurred on the tower as over 24,000 tons of concrete was poured.

Condos at The Estates at Acqualina start at $4.2 million and go up to $14 million. Amenities include a spa and fitness center, Circus Maximus restaurant, ice skating rink, a Formula One simulator, a golfing simulator, bowling lanes, a movie theater, and a Wall Street Trader’s Club room with computers and a boardroom, a Speakeasy and a boxing ring in the gym.

The second cement pour on the other tower will start later this year.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences

The 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has passed its halfway mark and reached the 32nd floor of construction.

A year ago, vertical construction was underway on the Carlos Zapata designed building that will eventually reach 650 feet in height.

When we last looked in August 2018, the building was on the 19th floor.

Since topping off in November 2018, the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach is taking shape as the top of the 52 story building now has the step-case curves of the penthouses.

Construction began on the building June 2016 and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Construction started June 2016 and is being developed by Fortune International Group and ChΓ’teau Group. Construction is expected to be completed in 2019.

Construction has started on the 16 story Aurora Sunny Isles located at 17550 Collins Avenue.

Aurora is being developed by Verzasca Group who also have another project in Edgewater called 2000 Biscayne that has not broken ground yet.

With only 61 units, Aurora was designed by Luis Revuelta and is expected to be completed in 2020.

Foundation work continues at the 649 foot towers The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach.

Developed by Trump Group, the towers recently received a $558 million construction loan from Bank OZK.

The first tower will have 154 residential units and will be completed first in late 2020 and the second tower will have 91 residential units and be completed six months after.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach has reached the 51st Floor and is one floor away from topping off.

At the beginning of the year construction was on the 24th floor and in June construction was on the 44th floor.

Developed by Fortune International Group and ChΓ’teau Group, construction began in June 2016 and is expected to be completed in 2019.

The Arquitectonica designed Ritz-Carlton Sunny Isles Beach has 212 residential units.
