Brickell Flatiron Construction
The first crane at the 64 story Brickell Flatiron was removed at the end of March and now the second crane has been taken down this past week giving a clean look at the building.
A year ago, construction reached the 42nd floor before eventually topping off in February of this year.
Brickell Flatiron is expected to be completed Summer 2019.

TBT (June 5, 2015) - An aerial video of Brickell and Brickell Key 4 years ago and in that short time the skyline of Miami has changed. Brickell City Centre was under construction and construction was just starting on Brickell Heights, SLS Lux Brickell and Panorama Tower.
Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach is getting closer to completion as the final touches are being done on the building.
A year ago, the building was still progressing as the glass was being installed and painting starting on the exterior.

One Cocowalk Construction
The 5 story Class A Office building One Cocowalk is getting taller as construction is being done on the final floor.
Cocowalk was completely demolished September 2018 and started going vertical December 2018.
One Cocowalk is scheduled to open first quarter 2020.

Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach
TBT (May 11, 2015) - 4 years ago the 60 story Porsche Design Tower was under construction in Sunny Isles Beach. With a robotic garage, the tower eventually open at the end of 2016. The 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is under construction next door.
The Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach is currently on the 41st floor of the 60 story high luxury condominium. With 19 floors to go, the building already towers over nearby condos. At our previous update, the project was at the 27th floor.
The 650 foot project is being developed by Gil Dezer and designed by architect Sieger Suarez.
The Estates at Acqualina Construction
The Estates at Acqualina South Tower has reached the 14th floor of construction since starting to go vertical in February of this year.
Both the South and North Tower will be 50 stories and have been approved by the FAA for 700 feet. The foundation pour for the North Tower should take place soon.

2927 NE 4th Ave
A 50,750 square foot site located at 2927 NE 4th Ave in Edgewater has sold for $13.65 million, according to The Real Deal.
The lots were purchased by DLC Capital Management and sold by AR Edgewater Investments.
The site can be zoned for 36 stories.
