Missoni Baia Construction
The 57 story Missoni Baia in Edgewater has reached the 28th floor of construction and is at the halfway mark. In July, the building just reached the 10th floor.
Missoni Baia will have 249 residential units with prices ranging from $600,000 to $9 million.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.

Missoni Baia Construction
The 57 story Missoni Baia is rising quickly in Edgewater as construction reaches the 10th floor. At the end of April, construction was the the 4th floor.
Rising 649 feet, Missoni Baia will have 249 residential units.

Elysee Construction
The 57 story Elysee tower is taking shape in Edgewater since the building topped off at the beginning of the year.
A year ago, construction reached the 34th floor. The crane has been removed from the building and the parking garage has been connected to the base of the tower. Work is being doing on the pool deck above the garage.
The telescoping building is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Missoni Baia Construction
The 57 story Missoni Baia in Edgewater has now started going vertical and has reached the 4th floor after starting foundation work in April 2019.
The parking garage began construction first in September 2018 before the sales center was demolished to begin foundation work for the tower.
Missoni Baia will have 249 residential units and is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International who are also developing the 47 story Una Residences in Brickell and the 57 story 830 Brickell.

Elysee Topped Off
The under construction 57 story Elysee in Edgewater has topped off at 649 feet to become the tallest building in the area.
The building has only 100 residential units and stated to go vertical in June 2018 and reached the 19th floor a little over a year ago.
Elysee is designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Two Roads Development.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Missoni Baia
OKO Group has received a $243.3 million construction loan for the 57 story tower Missoni Baia in Edgewater, according to The Real Deal.
Missoni Baia will have 247 residential units and will rise 649 feet as construction began November 2017. The parking garage started going vertical September 2018 with work on the tower portion starting in April of this year.
OKO Group has also started construction on the 53 story office tower 830 Brickell located next to the SLS Lux Brickell and across the street from Brickell City Centre.
1836 Biscayne Boulevard
New plans have been submitted for a 40 story tower at 1836 Biscayne Boulevard and rising 419 feet. The tower would be next First Church of Christ Scientist building that will be preserved.
The building will have 364 rental units with a rooftop pool and ground level retail.
Another design was submitted in January 2015 that had a tower over the existing couch with columns inside.
Fifteen Group paid $14.3 million for the property in November 2014.
