As Fort Capital looks at a second phase expansion, construction is still continuing at The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences in Surfside.
All the windows and balconies have been installed on the North, South and Four Seasons Hotel since we last looked at the project in May. The roof and exterior of the original Surf Club ballroom by architect Russell Pancoast in the front of the project is almost completely restored. The ballroom will be used as a lobby and reception area.
The Surf Club Four Seasons has two 12 story residences with 150 residential units plus 9 rooftop penthouses. The Four Seasons hotel will have 80 rooms. The project is being developed by Fort Capital and designed by Richard Meier and Partners Architects and Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
