Grand Station Site at 240 N Miami Ave
After initially being proposed in July 2017, site work has started at the 31 story Grand Station in Downtown Miami, according to Miami Today.
Fencing has gone up around the site and tree mitigation has commenced.
Grand Station will have an 8 story parking garage with 369 parking spaces and 300 apartment units.
