Grand Station Construction
Construction has started on the 31 story Grand Station at 240 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami.
A crane has been installed on the site and work is getting started for a foundation pour.
Grand Station was designed by Zyscovich Architects and will have 300 apartments.

After initially being proposed in July 2017, site work has started at the 31 story Grand Station in Downtown Miami, according to Miami Today.
Fencing has gone up around the site and tree mitigation has commenced.
Grand Station will have an 8 story parking garage with 369 parking spaces and 300 apartment units.
Parcel B Rendering
A 31 story apartment building has been proposed for Downtown Miami called Parcel B, according to The Next Miami.
Located at 40 NW 3rd St, Parcel B, designed by Zyscovich Architects and Frances Anillo Toledo, will have 300 apartment units with 44 studios, 124 1-bedroom units and 132 2-bedroom units. There will also be a 369 parking spaces and 5,000 square feet of retail.
The site is located next to where Moishe Mana is planning a 49 story rental tower.
