888 Brickell Avenue will be a 38 story office tower designed by Arquitectonica that will replace an aging 7 story building built in 1972.

A 38 story office tower has been proposed for the corner of Brickell Avenue and SE 10th Street at 888 Brickell Ave, according to The Next Miami. The site is across the street from the under construction 1010 Brickell.

The proposed office tower would have 304,950 square feet of space, retail and restaurant space and 264 parking spaces. It would reach a height of 472 feet.

Currently on the site is a 7 story office tower built in 1972. The building was purchased in 1984 for $6.3 million by Alphatur N.V. Corporation who are also developing the new tower.

The architect is Arquitectonica who have also designed the nearby Brickell City Centre, SLS Brickell, SLS Lux Brickell and Brickell Heights.
