CitizenM Hotel Brickell
The 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell is getting ready for its foundation pour at the site.
Demolition of the Perricone’s Restaurant began in April of this year and the trees were removed in August.
The CitizenM Hotel will have 252 rooms.
