Eighty Seven Park in Surfside

The crane has been removed from Eighty Seven Park in Surfside since we last looked at the project in January of this year.

The pool deck is taking shape on the East side of the site and all of the glass has been installed on the building. The large balconies are very prominent on the only 64 residential units available in the building.
The two story penthouse with 12,410 square feet of interior space and 18,247 square feet of outdoor space is for sale at $68 million. There are two 45 feet infinity pools on the West and East side of the building.

Designed by Renzo Piano and developed by Terra Group, Eighty Seven Park will be completed later this year.

Elysee Reaches 34th Floor Of Construction

Elysee Construction

The 57 story Elysee in Edgewater has reached the 34th floor of construction as it gets closer to top off. Construction has reached the point in the building where it now extends further out and will extend further out once it reaches the 45th floor.

Elysee started going vertical June 2018 and should top off before the end of the year.

The parking garage also continues to get taller since it started going vertical in March.

Construction on Brickell Flatiron is getting closer to completion since one of the cranes was removed last month.

A year ago, construction was on the 37th floor and eventually topped off February 2019.

Construction is expected to be completed Summer 2019.

Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum

Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum in Downtown Miami is quickly nearing completion since we last looked at the tower in November 2018 when both cranes were removed from the site.

At a height of 709 feet, the 62 story One Thousand Museum topped off in February 2018 and two years ago, May 2017, construction reached the 38th floor.

Construction is expected to be completed in the next couple of months.

The 12 story Arte by Antonio Citterio in Surfside is getting closer to completion as all the glass has been installed on the building and the glass on the balconies are starting to be put in place.

When we last looked at the project in November 2018, the hoist was still on the building and the crane was removed. Arte topped off in June 2018.

Progress continues to take shape at Eighty Seven Park in Surfside as the crane has been removed from the site since we last looked at the project at the end of January.

Eighty Seven Park topped off in October 2018 and started going vertical a year ago March 2018.

Designed by Renzo Piano, construction on Eighty Seven Park is expected to be completed this Summer.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter Getting Closer To Completion - Photos & Video

Paramount Miami Worldcenter

The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami is getting closer to completion as the crane has been removed from the building giving a clean look at the tower without any obstructions.

When we last looked at Paramount Miami Worldcenter in August 2018, the 641 foot tower just topped off. A year ago, construction was reaching the 45th floor.

Across the street in the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter is the rental tower Caoba and was completed in January.
