After reaching the 45th floor in March, Paramount Miami Worldcenter has now reached the 54th floor of the 60 story luxury condominium in Downtown MiamI. A year ago, construction reached the 9th floor.

Developed by MDM Group as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami, Paramount Miami Worldcenter will have 569 residential units, with completion scheduled for first quarter 2019.

Construction is progressing on the Upper Deck, which will feature resort style pools, poolside cabanas and chairs, a soccer field and tennis courts.

57 Story Elysee Has Foundation Pour - Starting To Go Vertical

After being announced in August 2015 and construction starting November 2017, the 57 story Elysee in Edgewater is now starting to go vertical.

At 648 feet, Elysee had its foundation pour June 15 and is now having a crane installed on the site and is going vertical. 

Construction is expected to be complete 2020.

After starting to go vertical at the beginning of the year, Turnberry Ocean Club Residences has now reached the 14th floor of construction. 

When completed, the Carlos Zapata designed Turnberry Ocean Club Residences will reach 54 stories at 650 feet with 154 residential units.

The 52 story Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach has now reached the 44th floor and is close to topping off. 

When we last looked in early January the condo just reached the 24th floor.  

Developed by Fortune International Group and Château Group, the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach is expected to be completed in 2019.

Further North along Collins Avenue, other luxury condominiums have been recently completed such as Muse Residences and Jade Signature.

The 50 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is now completed and buyers have begun closing units. 

Developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development, Muse Residences broke ground in September 2015 and topped off January 2017 with spectacular ocean views and views of Sunny Isles Beach and Downtown Miami. 

With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences was designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suerez Architects.

New Tower Coming To Miami Arts & Entertainment District

J. Milton & Associates has applied to rezone a 1.7 acre site in the Arts & Entertainment District to build a tower with up to 550 units, according to The Real Deal.

The site was purchased for $7.3 million in January 2015 and is located between the nearly completed Canvas Condo and The Filling Station Lofts between NE 16 St and NE 17th St and NE Miami Pl and NE Miami Ct. 

Under current zoning, the developer can build up to 36 stories with 852 residential units, but only micro-units. Under new zoning they can build up to 550 units in the range of 750 - 1300 square feet.

Other buildings in the area include the nearly complete Square Station and the under construction Art Plaza.

Most of the windows and balconies have been installed on the 18 story condo L'Atelier Miami Beach after topping off November 2017.

Work is still continuing on the exterior of the old Golden Sands Hotel as the façade is being restored.
