Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach

TBT (May 11, 2015) - 4 years ago the 60 story Porsche Design Tower was under construction in Sunny Isles Beach. With a robotic garage, the tower eventually open at the end of 2016. The 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is under construction next door.

The Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach is currently on the 41st floor of the 60 story high luxury condominium. With 19 floors to go, the building already towers over nearby condos. At our previous update, the project was at the 27th floor. 

The 650 foot project is being developed by Gil Dezer and designed by architect Sieger Suarez.

The Estates at Acqualina South Tower has reached the 14th floor of construction since starting to go vertical in February of this year.

Both the South and North Tower will be 50 stories and have been approved by the FAA for 700 feet. The foundation pour for the North Tower should take place soon.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is getting taller every month as it rises next to the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach.

Two months ago, construction was on the 37th floor. The 54 story tower is getting closer to top off.

The Carlos Zapata designed building is being developed by Turnberry Associates.

Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach

The 52 story Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach is getting closer to completion since topping off in November 2018.

The pool deck and front entrance are under construction while most of the glass has been installed on the building.

The Arquitectonica designed building is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

TBT (May 27, 2015) - Biscayne Beach was under construction in Edgewater. Biscayne Beach topped off in May 2016 and was eventually completed April 2017.

Biscayne Beach in Edgewater is starting to take form after starting construction over a year ago. 

According to The Next Miami, over 95% of the units have been sold in condo. 

The condo is located on the edge of Biscayne Bay across from the under construction Paraiso Bay from Related Group.

The crane has been removed from Eighty Seven Park in Surfside since we last looked at the project in January of this year.

The pool deck is taking shape on the East side of the site and all of the glass has been installed on the building. The large balconies are very prominent on the only 64 residential units available in the building.
The two story penthouse with 12,410 square feet of interior space and 18,247 square feet of outdoor space is for sale at $68 million. There are two 45 feet infinity pools on the West and East side of the building.

Designed by Renzo Piano and developed by Terra Group, Eighty Seven Park will be completed later this year.

Elysee Reaches 34th Floor Of Construction

The 57 story Elysee in Edgewater has reached the 34th floor of construction as it gets closer to top off. Construction has reached the point in the building where it now extends further out and will extend further out once it reaches the 45th floor.

Elysee started going vertical June 2018 and should top off before the end of the year.

The parking garage also continues to get taller since it started going vertical in March.
