TBT - Excavation Begins At Brickell Flatiron Site

TBT (September 30, 2016) - 3 years ago, foundation work was starting on the 64 story Brickell Flatiron. The building topped off in February and is expected to open soon. Construction photos of Brickell Flatiron can be viewed here.

Since groundbreaking began earlier in March, foundation work was being done at Brickell Flatiron site and now excavating has started.

One crane has been added to the site with the base of another installed. The foundation pour is scheduled for December 2016/January 2017 with the project going vertical soon afterwards.

One Cocowalk Construction Progress Photos

Construction is going quickly at One Cocowalk in Coconut Grove since the first glass was installed on the 5 story office building in June.

A year ago, in August 2018, the old Cocowalk was almost completed demolished and vertical construction began in December 2018.

New restaurants Sushi Garage and Botanico Gin & Cookhouse will be joining Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza and Los Generales Mezcal & Grill as part of the revamped Cocowalk.

One Cocowalk will be open Spring 2020.

AMLI Residential Midtown Miami Construction Photos

Construction is progressing at the 6.6 acre AMLI Residential Midtown Miami project with over 700 apartment units.

A year ago, construction was starting to go vertical on the site.

400 Biscayne Secures $161.5M Construction Loan

400 Biscayne has secured a $161.5 million construction loan for the 49 story tower in Downtown Miami, according to The Miami Herald.

Developed by Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners, 400 Biscayne had the groundbreaking in June.

400 Biscayne will have 646 rental apartments and 51,000 square feet of commercial space.

Midtown 6 Construction Progress Updates

The 32 story Midtown 6 is getting closer to completion since topping off at the beginning of the year.

Construction began on Midtown 6 with 447 rental units in February 2018.

43 Story Luma Miami Worldcenter Going Vertical

At the end of last month, the 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter had its foundation pour and is in the process of going vertical. Last month two cranes were installed on the site.

Luma Miami Worldcenter is the third tower in 27 acre Miami Worldcenter site to go vertical. Caoba Miami Worldcenter was completed early this year and Paramount Miami Worldcenter was recently completed.

With 434 apartment units, Luma Miami Worldcenter is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group and designed by Stantec.
