Construction on 3 MiamiCentral and MiamiCentral in Downtown Miami

TBT (March 11, 2016) - 4 years ago 3 MiamiCentral was starting to go vertical. The building was completed in November 2017 and was sold for $159 million in May 2019. Construction photos of 3 MiamiCentral can be viewed here.

A crane has been installed at All Aboard Florida's 3 MiamiCentral and is in the process of going vertical.3 MiamiCentral is located at 160 NW 7th St in Overtown and will have 130,157 square feet of retail, office and commercial space and 1,114 parking spaces.

On the East side of the Metrorail tracks construction is also happening on MiamiCentral. Recent construction photos of MiamiCentral can be viewed here.

Aston Martin Residences Construction

The first glass has been installed at the 66 story Aston Martin Residences in Downtown Miami as construction reaches the 10th floor.

In February 2019, two cranes were installed at the site as construction was starting to go vertical on the building.

Foundation Poured On West Tower At Downtown 5th

Downtown 5th East Tower

The foundation was poured over the weekend on the West Tower at the two tower Downtown 5th building in Downtown Miami.

The foundation was poured on the East Tower last month as construction is currently on the 2nd floor.

Both towers will rise 53 stories at 45 feet with 1,042 rental units.

The 49 story Society Biscayne in Downtown Miami is taking shape as construction reaches the 5th floor.

With 649 rental units, the building is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.

Grand Station Miami Construction

Grand Station Miami is rising quickly in Downtown Miami as construction is at the halfway mark on the 30 story building with 300 apartments.

Construction started going vertical on the building in October 2019.

Grand Station Miami is being developed by Rovr Development with the Miami Parking Authority.

Luma Miami Worldcenter Construction

Luma Miami Worldcenter is rising quickly to reach the 16th floor since we last looked at the project in January.

The 43 story building is starting to take shape after starting to go vertical in September 2019.

Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 apartments and is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group. The tower was designed by Stantec.
