One Cocowalk in Coconut Grove
One Cocowalk is scheduled to open Summer 2020 as the final shape of the new 5 story Class A office building stands out on the streets of Coconut Grove.
Just over a year ago, construction reached the 3rd floor as the building started going vertical December 2018. Demolition on the old Cocowalk began May 2018 before being completed demolished September 2018.

Regatta Harbour Coconut Grove
Construction is well underway at the 7 acre Regatta Harbour in Coconut Grove as the Grove Bay Parking Garage is almost completed.
An Anatomy Gym will take up 14,500 square feet of space on the ground level of the parking garage that will be opened this year.
Two old Pan Am hangars have been completed stripped down and will eventually be boat storage and retail space.
After closing in November 2019, Scotty’s Landing still hasn’t been demolished, but will likely be torn down in the coming months. Next door was The Chart House restaurant that was demolished in October 2017 and will be replaced by a Cut & Dry restaurant and an Afishonado restaurant.
Construction is expected to be completed first quarter 2021.

One Park Grove
One Park Grove is getting closer to completion as the finishing touches are being put on the last and final tower at Park Grove.
The landscaping around the building is almost completed while the rooftop pool should be done in the next month or so.
The 24 story tower topped off in March 2019. One Park Grove was built on the site of the old Coconut Grove Bank, which was demolished in August 2017.

The Estates at Acqualina South Tower
The Estates at Acqualina South Tower has reached the 49th floor and about to top off at 50 stories.
The North Tower has reached the 17th floor before it will eventually top off at 50 stories and 667 feet.
