Downtown 5th Construction
The under construction two tower Downtown 5th is close to topping off as the East Tower has reached the 47th floor before topping off at 53 stories. The West Tower is about 7 floors behind, but will top off at 53 stories as well.
Construction began in February of this year and both tower should be topped off before the end of 2020 with both towers opening early 2021.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences
The 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is nearly completed after starting to go vertical in January 2018.
The Carlos Zapata designed building topped off in October 2019.

Gables Station Construction
Gables Station in Coral Gables is getting closer to completion and will be ready for a Fall 2020 opening.
Buildings 1 and 2 will have 450 units with both 19,000 and 18,000 square feet of ground level retail. Building 3 will have 66 hotel rooms with 68,000 square feet of retail.

Mr C Residences Coconut Grove
Construction has started on the 20 story South Tower at Mr C Residences in Coconut Grove located at 2655 South Bayshore Drive, according to The Miami Herald.
The Terra Group developed building will have 118 residences with prices starting at $600,000. The building will include gourmet market, juice bar, Bellini Bar, 24-hour doorman and security, 24-hour valet, pool, Billiards room, library, cinema and business lounge.
Mr. C Residences is located across the street from the under construction Regatta Harbour.
Two Brickell City Centre
Swire Properties has sold Two Brickell City Centre and Three Brickell City Centre for $163 million, according to The Real Deal.
The two office buildings are located within Brickell City Centre at 78 and 98 SW 9th Street and were purchased by Northwood Investors. Tenants include WeWork and Ackerman LLP.
The 1.05 billion Brickell City Centre was completed in 2016 and includes Rise Brickell City Centre, Reach Brickell City Centre and The East Hotel.
Future plans of Brickell City Centre include two towers at 54 stories and 62 stories.
Aston Martin Residences Construction
After reaches the 15th floor two months ago, the 66 story Aston Martin Residences has now reached the 20th floor as the tower portion of the building is rising.
The building started going vertical October 2019 and will have 391 residential units with prices starting at $750,000.
