Construction is moving quickly at The Surf Club - Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences in Surfside located at 9011 Collins Avenue. Since we last looked three months ago, one crane has been removed and the windows are being installed on the North Tower.

Revised Lincoln Road Plans
In April 2015, it was revealed that the City of Miami Beach contacted James Corner Field Ops - the same firm behind New York's High Line - to make changes to Lincoln Road. Those changes have finally arrived.

Faena House Is Completed
Construction on Faena House has been recently completed and units have been closing on the property, which include a $10 million and $15 million unit.
Faena House is part of the megaproject Faena District in Miami Beach.
One Ocean Construction Updates
One Ocean is continuing construction quickly in the rapidly developing South of Fifth district on Miami Beach.
Developed by The Related Group, the luxury condominium will have 46 residential units with retail and restaurants on the ground floor.
Glass Miami Beach Nearly Complete
Glass on South Beach is progressing quickly and looks to be only a month or two before it is completed and ready for residents to move in.
Since we last looked at Glass in June, the film on all the glass has been removed and the landscaping in the front has been finished.
Groundbreaking began in August 2013.
Marea Miami Beach Looks Complete
In the South of Fifth district of Miami Beach, Marea appears to be completed and ready for occupancy.
The luxury condominium by The Related Group and designed by Sieger Suarez broke ground in October 2013.

Faena District Construction Updates
Over on Miami Beach, the Faena District is making progress. The Faena Versailles is completed gutted and the Versailles sign has been removed from the building.
The biggest progress has been made on Faena Forum, which will be an arts and culture center. Faena Forum is expected to open this December for Art Basel.
