Aston Martin Residences Construction
The 66 story Aston Martin Residences in Downtown Miami has reached the 8th floor of construction.
In March 2019, excavation work was still being done on the site and reaching the 2nd floor in October 2019.

Rise Brickell City Centre
TBT (January 30, 2015) - 5 years ago today Rise Brickell City Centre topped off. Brickell City Centre would be completed in the Fall of 2016.
Since The East Hotel topped off in December, Rise Brickell City Centre is the second of the three towers to top off.
The 390 unit residential condo will have units that vary from 980 square feet to 3,200 square feet.
The balconies and windows are being installed on the lower portion of the condo.
Reach Brickell City Centre will be next condo to top off and that should happen by the end of February.

Grand Station Miami Construction
After beginning construction in October 2019, the 31 story Grand Station Miami has now reached the 8th floor.
The building will have 300 apartment units with 44 studios, 124 one bedroom units and 132 two bedroom units.

Riverside Miami
A large, previously empty lot along the Miami River called Riverside Miami is expected to open this weekend for The Super Bowl.
The site, just North of Brickell City Centre will have a a coffee and ice cream shop, gourmet tacos, gourmet burgers, seafood, pizza, Asian fusion and steakhouse grill. There will also be a Tap Room designed to looked like a microbrewery.
The site is currently being leased for every three years.
Luma Miami Worldcenter Construction
The 43 Story Luma Miami Worldcenter has reached the 12th floor of construction after starting to go vertical in September 2019.
Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 apartment units and rise 493 feet.
The parking garage on the West side of the building is also currently going vertical.

Square Station in Arts & Entertainment District
TBT (January 24, 2018) - 2 years ago the two 34 story Square Station towers were under construction and soon to open. The building eventually opened in June 2018.
Melo Group also completed the next door Art Plaza in June 2019 and currently have the topped off Miami Plaza under construction.
Going up very quickly is the under construction Square Station in the Arts and Entertainment district of Miami.
The jagged lines of the façade of the two 34 towers of more apparent without the cranes.
With 710 rental units, construction began October 2016 and topped off in September 2017.
Square Station is being developed by Melo Group who also have the soon to open Aria on the Bay and the under construction Art Plaza across the street.

3225 Aviation Avenue in Coconut Grove
Two offices in Coconut Grove, located at 3225 Aviation Avenue and 3250 Mary Street have been sold for $47 million, according to The Real Deal.
The buildings were purchased by Madison Marquette and sold by Allegra Holding, who purchased the properties in 2015 for $42 million.
