Construction Begins At CitizenM Miami Worldcenter

Construction has started on a 12 story CitizenM Hotel as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter after being announced in August 2018.
The hotel will have 351 rooms and a 10th floor sundeck, cloudM rooftop bar, 1,850 square feet of creative space and meeting rooms branded as societyM.
The under construction CitizenM Hotel Brickell has reached the 4th.
Construction is expected to be completed at the end of 2021.

Construction is well underway at the 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell as construction reaches the 4th floor.
The building started going vertical in November 2019.

Foundation Pour At Melo Group's Downtown 5th As Construction Underway

The foundation has been poured on the East Tower at Downtown 5th in Downtown Miami.
There will be a West and East tower both at 53 stories and 495 feet with a combined 1,042 rental units.

TBT (February 5, 2018) - Two years ago One Thousand Museum topped off at 709 feet in Downtown Miami. The building eventually received TCO in July 2019. Previous construction photos of One Thousand Museum can be viewed here.
One Thousand Museum has topped off at a height of 709 feet in Miami and is taller than its neighboring buildings.
The Zaha Hadid designed building with exoskeleton is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

830 Brickell Office Tower Going Vertical
830 Brickell Construction
The 724 foot office tower 830 Brickell is starting to go vertical, according to The Miami Herald.
830 Brickell is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International and will be the second tallest office tower in Miami after the Southeast Financial Center when it is completed in 2021.
Demolition began at the site two years ago in January 2018 with foundation work beginning in March 2019.

Society Biscayne Goes Vertical As Construction Reaches 3rd Floor

Society Biscayne, formerly known as 400 Biscayne, has reached the 3rd floor of the 49 story tower in Downtown Miami.
The building will have 649 rental units and a furniture design team that will create pieces for the common areas and furniture for the units.
Society Biscayne is expected to be completed in 2021.
